As a Junior Researcher (pre-PhD) I am currently working on a project concerning musical discourse in Dutch nineteenth-century periodicals. I graduated in History (Research Master) at the University of Amsterdam, specialising in Dutch and European nineteenth-century music and concert history. I published several articles on the topic, most recently an article in the BMGN-Low Countries Historical Review in which I evaluate the current state of the art and present new research perspectives.
